Shipping & Returns Policy
Order Fulfillment
Wholesale orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days and ship on Fridays. Orders must be placed and paid by 11:59 AM Wednesday to ship that same week. Orders placed after that deadline will ship the following Friday.
Shipping Method
We will choose the best available shipping method for your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates are based on order Subtotal (before applicable sales tax) and are as follows: Flat Rate Shipping > Orders up to $75 = $9.99 > Orders $75.01 - $149.99 = $14.99 > Orders $150+ = FREE SHIPPING Shipping rates apply to continental U.S. orders only.
Sales Tax
Applicable Sales Tax for Ohio is 5.75%. You must submit valid resale or exemption documentation for tax-exempt orders.
Returns & Refunds
All wholesale sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Orders may not be canceled once production has started. Custom, personalized, special-order, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless the error is due to Olive Branch 23 Studio. Buyers must inspect orders promptly upon delivery and notify Olive Branch 23 Studio within the stated timeframe, if applicable, of any issues related to damage, missing items, or order errors.
