Wholesale Order Policy
Thank you for your interest in wholesale ordering with Olive Branch 23 Studio. Our wholesale program is intended for approved small business buyers purchasing products for resale or for use in finished products they plan to sell. By submitting a wholesale application, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
1. Wholesale Program Eligibility
Wholesale access is intended for approved businesses, makers, vendors, boutiques, paint party hosts, and similar buyers purchasing products for resale or for use in finished products they plan to sell. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Olive Branch 23 Studio reserves the right to approve, deny, conditionally approve, request additional information, or revoke wholesale access at any time and for any reason.
2. Business Information Required
Applicants must provide complete and accurate business information, which may include:

Olive Branch 23 Studio may request additional information or documentation to verify business use, resale intent, identity, or tax status.
3. Resale Documentation and Tax-Exempt Purchasing
Wholesale pricing does not automatically create tax-exempt status. Buyers requesting tax-exempt purchasing must provide valid resale or exemption documentation. An EIN alone does not qualify a buyer for tax-exempt purchasing. If valid resale documentation is not provided and accepted, applicable sales tax may be charged where required.
4. Application Review and Approval
Wholesale applications are reviewed manually. Most applications are reviewed within 3 business days, but review times may vary.
Approval is not automatic. Olive Branch 23 Studio may approve, deny, conditionally approve, request additional information, or revoke access at its sole discretion.
Approval allows access to wholesale ordering but does not guarantee permanent pricing, product availability, shipping terms, turnaround times, or future ordering privileges.
5. Wholesale Account Access and Activity
Approved buyers may be granted access to a private wholesale Facebook group or another designated wholesale ordering channel.
There is currently no minimum order required to place a wholesale order.
To maintain active wholesale access, buyers must place at least $75 in wholesale orders per calendar quarter. This may be met through one order or multiple orders within that quarter. Accounts that do not meet this minimum may lose access to wholesale ordering and may be subject to reapproval.
6. Orders, Pricing, and Product Availability
Wholesale pricing, product releases, ordering windows, and availability may be shared through the designated wholesale ordering channel, invoice process, or other approved method.
Wholesale approval does not lock in permanent pricing, order minimums, shipping terms, turnaround times, open-order privileges, release schedules, or product availability. These may be updated, changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Some items may be seasonal, limited release, discontinued, or unavailable due to supply issues, production capacity, or other business reasons.
7. Payment Terms and Deposits
Regular wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated in writing.
Approved open orders or special-order arrangements may require a deposit. Deposit terms, payment deadlines, and final payment requirements will be communicated at the time of order.
Orders that are not paid according to stated terms may be delayed, canceled, or held until payment is received.
8. Open Orders
When offered, open orders are a privilege and not a guaranteed feature of wholesale access.
Open-order terms, including deposit requirements, order windows, release details, and payment deadlines, will be communicated through the designated wholesale ordering channel or invoice process.
Failure to follow open-order terms may result in cancellation of the order, loss of open-order privileges, or review of wholesale account status.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Regular wholesale orders, excluding approved open orders, must be paid in full at the time of order placement. Regular wholesale orders ship each Friday. Orders must be finalized and fully paid by the stated cutoff to ship that week. Orders placed after the cutoff may ship the following Friday.
Wholesale Shipping Rates

Orders under $75: $9.95 flat rate shipping

Orders $75 to $149.99: $14.95 flat rate shipping

Orders $150 and up: Free shipping
Shipping rates apply to continental U.S. orders only.
Oversized orders, specialty packaging, rush orders, or large bulk shipments may require additional shipping charges. If additional charges apply, the buyer will be notified before the order is finalized.
Shipping timelines, processing times, and delivery estimates are estimates only unless otherwise stated in writing. Olive Branch 23 Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply shortages, seasonal demand, platform outages, address errors, or circumstances beyond our control.
Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the nature of wholesale ordering, all wholesale sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Orders may not be canceled once production has started. Custom, personalized, special-order, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless the error is due to Olive Branch 23 Studio.
Buyers must inspect orders promptly upon delivery and notify Olive Branch 23 Studio within the stated timeframe, if applicable, of any issues related to damage, missing items, or order errors.
11. Confidentiality of Wholesale Information
Wholesale pricing, product releases, terms, ordering details, and other wholesale-only information are confidential and may not be shared publicly or with non-approved buyers.
Olive Branch 23 Studio reserves the right to revoke wholesale access if confidential wholesale information is shared without permission.
12. No Exclusivity
Wholesale approval does not grant exclusivity by location, market, product category, platform, or territory unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Olive Branch 23 Studio may approve multiple wholesale buyers in the same geographic area or market.
13. Platform and Ordering Channel Rules
Access to wholesale products and order placement may take place through a private Facebook group or another designated ordering channel.
Buyers are responsible for following the rules, requirements, and technical limitations of any third-party platform used for wholesale ordering. Olive Branch 23 Studio is not responsible for outages, technical issues, access interruptions, or platform-related problems outside its control.
14. Record Retention and Verification
Olive Branch 23 Studio may retain application information, resale or exemption documentation, and related records as needed for business, verification, tax, legal, or compliance purposes.
Buyers may be asked to resubmit updated business or resale documentation at any time.
15. Policy Changes and Right to Refuse Service
Olive Branch 23 Studio reserves the right to update, revise, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice.
Olive Branch 23 Studio also reserves the right to refuse service, limit access, cancel orders, revoke wholesale status, or deny future wholesale participation at its sole discretion.
16. Acknowledgment
By submitting a wholesale application and/or placing a wholesale order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Wholesale Application Policy.
